  • Benjamin H. Stolz (בנימין צבידוב בן דניאל) (石兼), is a scholar of the liberal arts. "The Ultimate Anthropologist", he has studied journalism at the University of Maryland, College Park, film and anthropology at Wesleyan University, and religion, Chinese, and Hebrew at Rutgers, New Brunswick (B.A.S. '20).  He is currently pursuing a masters in medieval studies in Modern Orthodox Judaism as a post-graduate at Yeshiva University as well as a masters in history education at Florida Atlantic University.

  • Ben was a founding fellow of the Center of the Study of Digital Life and was extremely fortunate to work directly alongside Center President Mark Stahlman from 2015-2018.  He served as Chief Linguist and top advisor on the subject of the Chinese Three Teachings, especially the Daoism of the Tang Dynasty.  Through CSDL, Ben had the opportunity to work with the likes of, among many prominent others:  John Ralston Saul, Merlin Donald, Eric McLuhan, Douglass Rushkoff, Iona Miller, Qiao Dongliang, George Dyson, Cpt. Phil Midland, and the late, great Andrew Marshall -- "Yoda" himself.

  • He has nearly two decades of experience tutoring and coaching in English, Spanish, world history, music, and tennis; favorite past-times include playing drums/percussion and electric bass, performing improv and stand-up comedy, and winter sports (especially hockey and skiing).  

  • Ben's twin brother, Adam, is a practicing class-action lawyer in Miami.  He is the son of Daniel, a bankruptcy lawyer and noted Ponzi Scheme expert, and Jill, a former public relations manager.
